The LiLY (Living for You) Women's Ministry presented  its fourth Annual Women's Retreat at Mario's International Aurora Inn Hotel  April 27-29, 2007.

This year's guest Keynote Speaker was Elder Dieldra L. Penny, an anointed and powerful, yet humble servant of God.

She is the assistant Pastor of Bridging of the Spirit Christian Center, Youngstown, Ohio; where Reverend Calvin Penny is pastor.

Elder Penny born in Akron, Ohio, is a graduate of Shaker Heights High School and Remington College, a Pre-Med student at Youngstown State University and a fifteen year United States Air Force Veteran, accepting early retirement after supporting Operation Desert Shield/Storm.

Elder Penny is the daughter of the late Deacon Richard K. Allen and Evangelist Gloria Allen. She is also the proud mother of three biological and two stepchildren, Lothario II, Shavonne, Marlon, Keisha and Wayne Jr.

Elder Penny first became aware of her need for a savior when she was a young girl in Cleveland, Ohio, but it wasn't until March 1981 that she received the baptism in the Holy Ghost shortly thereafter.

Her confession of faith is Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me."
